Halloween Pineapple Carving

Happy Halloween!
Halloween has been a little different this year.  I miss fall, although, from what I am hearing from friends and family in Alabama, they are missing fall too!  While you can buy pumpkins here, we decided to embrace the island life and carve pineapples.  I think the kids enjoyed it and they really turned out very cute! We got the idea from this post from Coastal Living.  The kids say it just may become a tradition.

And, because I have to share everything ;)
Here are my three littles ready for the trunk or treat at the Embassy.  We did a table, but since our HHE (House Hold Effects) aka EVERYTHING we own, hasn't arrived yet, AND since we don't have a car... we had a minimal table for trunk or treat.  But hey, there is something to be said for using what you have.

Did you do anything out of the ordinary this Halloween?
